In yoga, learning to float from bakasana to chaturanga can be daunting, at best!

 

It was something I worked on for months, maybe even years!  Ok, months.  

 

I could never get my feet to go all the way back.  Say, What???  Oh, yes, I think it had something to do with FEAR!!!  Fear of what?  Bellyflopping!  Not that bellyflopping is that bad…  

 

This little trick gave me the confidence I needed to do it, and before long, I was able to do it sans strap!  If you are trying to go from crow to crane, the strap is also helpful for that one!
